A couple of weeks ago we went to Jungle Java in Canton. It's a huge indoor playplace for kids and has a little toddler area for the younger ones. We have been there before a few times with Katelyn but not since we've had Mackenzie. So we went on a Tuesday knowing it wouldn't be as busy as a Saturday. Mackenzie liked the toddler area and started to go down a slide with her hands in the air and then started going down the slide headfirst! I'm sure the other parents of the toddlers enjoyed watching Mackenzie set the new trend for their toddlers on slides!!! Now remind you the slide was about as tall as my knees! After awhile Mackenzie kept walking up to the playplace wanting to go up it. So I took her up there and boy did she ever like it! There was no turning back to the toddler area after that!!! She kept twirling her arm around, meaning she liked the twistie slide!!!! There's a couple tunnel twistie slides and then there are 3 slides all next to each other. I had to hurry and grab Mackenzie's hand because she was going down the slide with or without me! Luckily I caught her hand in time and raced down the slide next to her!! Katelyn has asked almost everyday if we can go back! The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. ~Erma Bombeck
